Emily Braman has 30+ years of experience solving complex residential and commercial valuation problems. She provides appraisal services, valuation impact studies and property tax consulting services to public and private clients.
Tracy M. Hauserman
Ohio Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Tracy Hauserman is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with 10 years of eminent domain experience. She is currently Ohio Department of Transportation approved to complete Value Analysis and Appraisal Reports and specializes in vacant land and residential property types as well as commercial properties.
Eileen E. Sullivan, J.D.
Market Research Specialist
Eileen graduated from New York University School of Law in 1995. After practicing appellate law in New York City for several years she came to Ohio to raise her family. She is working part time as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University. We are so fortunate to have Eileen’s depth of knowledge and attention to detail for our comparable sales research.
